Returns & Exchanges

At Ivy House Boutique, we want you to love your new wardrobe additions, but if a piece isn't quite right, we offer easy returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully fold your unwashed, unworn items and place them in the original shipping bag or a secure box along with the packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue an e-gift card to your email address within 3-5 business days.
