We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that clearance items are final sale.

How do I know what size to order?

Each product page includes a detailed size guide. Since we curate pieces from various designers, we also include 'Fit Notes' in the description to tell you if an item runs small or true to size.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Ivy House Boutique ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping zones to more international locations soon.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
